TMS 28: CRM 101: Managing and Organizing Your Contacts, Part 1


If your old school, like me, then you might have some old address books laying around your house.  Probably in some drawer far in the back or deep inside a box that you haven’t opened in years.

Contacts have become SO vital to our business that we really are not caring for them as we should.  Business is relational and you must really keep good notes about your contacts, or at least their name, phone number, and address so you can connect with them when you need to.

In a previous episode 6, I covered how you organize your contacts.  In today’s episode, I’m starting a 2-part series where I cover the steps you need to follow before you can start to incorporate technology for the use of managing your contacts.

Technology is built to assist us with work, not overwhelm us with petty activity.  If you know the way you work, then incorporating the right technology for your business will allow you to be more efficient and effective.
