TMS 18: Creating a Mobile Office to Grow Your Business


Small businesses can easily find themselves overwhelmed with customer data management. After all, their expertise is in the products and services they offer, not in managing customer information. Still, that data is incredibly valuable and missing or incorrect data can mean a missed opportunity or lost business.

In this podcast, I interview a small business owner, Ron Guidry, who was facing lost revenue due to an inability to scale his business. He was so busy with manually collecting customer data, inputting it (sometimes incorrectly) into a hard drive back at the office, and driving around town to collect deposits so he could start work, that he wasn’t able to grow as fast as his demand.

After working together to determine his business processes, we found inexpensive and flexible solutions to set him free to pursue his growing prospect list.
